I start every morning before I get out of bed, with a positive affirmation. Elevates my energy and starts me off in a positive mood thinking affirming thoughts about myself and the day ahead. Just great!!

I really like the unique way you access your daily thought of the day. I was wondering if we could either make more of our own affirmations, as some of those provided sound a bit more like advice or seem rather lofty. I like affirmations that point out how Im "trying," "making progress," or how I "will" get to my goals, or "beginning to manage" my stress. That sort of thing. Thank you for creating this app! I enjoy it!

We all have things that happen and life circumstances on a daily basis. Affirmations has the ability to start my day in a new light or bolster my resolve. It adds to my day and its the first thing I do in the morning.

I really think that this affirmation app is well thought out. I like how you are able to record it. It really helps with your confidence. Enjoy to wake up and read an affirmation a day. Will be cool if there was a story behind the affirmation, but other than that great work:)
